Our clients choose to partner with us for the long term due to our superior service and competitive rates. We do not force/tie you into any long-term contracts. With A&M Technologies you are free to cancel your support arrangement or amend it at any time with one month written notice and no additional fees.
Priority Support & Maintenance Services (PSMS)
PSMS provides you with our highest level of priority IT service. PSMS is for businesses who want the peace of mind that IT support cover brings, along with the knowledge that the budget will stay as agreed and that there are no unexpected costs.

Priority Helpdesk & Support Services (PHSS)
This is a remote helpdesk service. Every PHSS client receives full remote and telephone support to all desktops, notebooks and servers. Whilst onsite visits are not covered by this agreement, we will provide emergency onsite technical support when required, at a discounted fee for clients under this agreement.

Priority Helpdesk & Support Services + Health Checks (PHSS+) and Monitoring
All support services above are included in this service option, in addition we perform routine health checks on your servers.

Pre-Paid IT Support (PPIT)
You can purchase prepaid packages of hours which give you full access to rapid response support as and when you need it.
Pre-Paid IT support is ideal for companies with small IT support requirements. Pre-Paid support is not recommended for ongoing server maintenance and monitoring.
